The LPDDR5X Diram is primarily designed to enhance technological advancement through high-speed data service applications such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Five-G technology, and Metaverse. Samsung’s LPDDR5X is the next generation of mobile devices, designed to dramatically increase speed, power and energy savings for future Five-G applications. It is capable of providing data processing speeds of up to 6.5 Gbps, which is 1.3 times faster than LPDDR5’s 8.4 Gbps.
