Remjin Co., Ltd. has appointed Tong Shaojing as Joint Company Secretary effective September 28, 2023. Ms. Tam Pak Yu, Vivian ( ) (“Ms. Tam”) will continue as the other Joint Company Secretary. Mr. Tong has more than 21 years of investment banking experience, focusing on the global healthcare sector, and has developed a deep understanding of the US and Asian healthcare markets. From June 2019 to December 2022, he served as CFO of InnoCare Pharma Limited (), a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (“the Stock Exchange”) (stock code: 9969) and
Scientific and Technological Innovation Council of Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 688428). From July 2013 to May 2019, he worked at UBS AG, most recently serving as Executive Director in the Investment Banking Research Department. From May 2008 to May 2013, he worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, most recently as a director at Global Research. From June 2001 to April 2008, he worked as an equity analyst at Mehta Partners in equity research for multinational pharmaceutical companies. Mr. Tong received his bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China ( ) in China in July 1993.
