The General Directorate of National Security released today, Friday, August 20, a group of new appointments in positions of responsibility in the decentralized departments of national security in the cities of Marrakesh, Khemisset and Tiflet. Able to assume the responsibility of ensuring the security of the citizen and the safety of his property.
The new appointments, which were indicated by the Director General of National Security, Abdellatif Hammouchi, concern the appointment of the head of the fifth security region, the “Old Medina” in Marrakesh, which will be inaugurated in the context of the celebrations commemorating the Glorious Youth Day, which falls on August 21 of each year. In the context of the process of strengthening the police structures in the city of Marrakesh, and establishing a new dynamic within the management of its human resources, a new head of the Sidi Youssef Ben Ali security area was appointed, coming to it from the Al-Manara security area in the same city, as well as the appointment of a head of the Al-Manara security area.
At the level of the regional security area in the city of Khemisset, a new head of the Traffic Accidents Inspection Department has been appointed, as well as the appointment of a head of the second police department at the Regional Security Commissariat of Tiflet, after this framework had previously occupied this task on behalf.
In the selection process to fill these security positions, care was taken to adopt standards of competence and professional and personal discipline, in order to enable the newly appointed security frameworks to optimally implement the new police strategy, which aims to serve the citizen by strengthening his sense of security.
