You’re a guest on a talk show and you bring… your dog. This is what presenter Janie van der Heijden did last night father. Turns out Janie isn’t the real star. “That’s her dog,” it seems.
There is also a Nhaan dog, which you may recognize from the appearances in it All Holland Pakt or Think of the Netherlands – as Nahan happily jumps after her owner and Andre van Duyn.

Now Nahan is making a TV appearance again, this time on Omroep MAX – a separate show from him Think of the Netherlands – I’m thinking of Switzerland. Andre van Duyne is also there again and viewers screamed during the first broadcast.
Nhan seems to be stealing the spotlight from Van der Heijden and Van Duyne. In this way, the dachshund is taken everywhere in the program. The animal was placed in a backpack with a hat, which viewers found very touching in the first episode.

Presenter Bo van Erveen Doorens thinks he noticed Nhan “feeling very comfortable under the loud applause”, but van der Heijden thinks differently. “She finds the applause a little scary.”

But can Nhan still cross the street? “Even when she walks with the babysitter, people recognize her,” Van der Heijden explains. According to the broadcaster, she enjoys going out to attend the program. “It’s not that she’s being abused or that it’s against her will,” Van der Heijden explains.
