Investments for the future
The OTE Group is investing heavily in innovative technologies and next-generation networks, leading the country into the Gigabit community. First video call via COSMOTE 5G
Services 5ης The generation was inaugurated in our country by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis who made the first 5G video call with Kyriakos Piirakakis, Minister of State and Digital Government. The video call was made at the Maximus Palace during their meeting with Deutsche Telekom Group CEO Tim Hotjs, President of Deutsche Telekom for Europe, Dominic Leroy and OTE Group President and CEO, Michalis Tsamas. In addition to the video call, tests of mobile Internet speeds were conducted, with COSMOTE 5G speeds exceeding 1 Gbps.
