A new video posted on Moore’s Law is Dead on YouTube responds to recent rumors that want RDNA 3 generation to be three times faster than the current flagship RDNA 2’s Radeon RX 6900 XT.

According to Moore’s Law is dead sources, the rumors are fabricated and non-existent. However, the Radeon RX 7900 XT is expected to be the highest RDNA 3 architecture, at least 40% faster than the Radeon RX 6900 XT with ray tracing and engineering performance, and is also expected to be significantly higher than the previous generation.

In terms of … the triple yield, the rumors would be true if the comparison was made between the first generation RDNA and the next generation (RDNA 3). After all, AMD has claimed this in the past (let’s not forget that we’re talking about an almost 100% performance increase with the Radeon RX 6800 XT compared to the Radeon RX 5700 XT).

The new generation of graphics cards from AMD RDNA architecture is expected to use 3 chipsets – as with the company’s processors – and the new Navi 31 and Navi 32 GPUs will be manufactured using the 5nm method by TSMC. As for the Taiwanese company, it will manufacture Zen 4 processors from AMD, new NVIDIA Hopper GPUs, as well as new Intel Xe GPUs.
