Amazon Music expands X-Ray features, to provide more information on favorite songs – Technology News, Firstpost

Amazon Music has expanded its X-Ray features which will now enable users to get behind-the-scenes glimpses and trivia for their favorite songs. However, the feature is not new to Amazon. It’s already available on the Amazon Prime video streaming platform providing brief information about the actors in the current scene. according to Transfer by the edge, X-Ray now provides additional bits of trivia that appear around tracks. The feature is available worldwide for tens of millions of songs included in Amazon Music.

To access trivia on the songs you listen to Amazon Music, You will have to swipe over the X-Ray icon. There you can browse each fact or click on the “Credits” section at the bottom of the screen to see the full credits of the song being played.

Trivia information can include anything from release date, Billboard chart placements to whatever was the inspiration behind the track. The report adds that the X-Ray feature is already available for Amazon Music 17.2.2 version on Android in India.
