According to the intelligence, the Islamic Republic can also “distribute illegal procurement activities into many single unsuspecting deliveries to avoid exposing the entire business.”
Tehran can also “hide the end user” and “conceal the individual, company, or institution with which the goods ultimately remain.”
The report said that the bordering state of Schleswig-Holstein is a center for “many companies as well as universities, colleges and universities of applied sciences that have sensitive technical knowledge.”
