Formula 1 | This is how Max Verstappen’s late work starts over the weekend when winter time starts | sports

Richard Powell, October 24, 2023

Although he already has the world title in his pocket, Max Verstappen will continue to win until the end of the season. On Sunday he claimed the 50th career win at the United States Grand Prix. A little time to catch your breath, because the next showdown is already scheduled for next weekend. In Mexico, the race is on the home turf of Verstappen’s teammate Sergio Perez.

The Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez will not look like a warm bath for Verstappen, because the three-time world champion has already been booed by the Mexican fans accompanying him after his win in Texas. They did not forget some past affairs between their teammates. Verstappen himself didn’t care about that. “In the end, I’m the one who goes home with the trophy.”

After the sprint races in Qatar and the United States, the drivers will once again complete a “normal” Formula 1 weekend in Mexico City. So, with three free practice sessions, a qualifying session, and finally the race on Sunday.

The time difference with Mexico is eight hours, but since winter time will start in Europe next weekend at night from Saturday to Sunday, the difference will be less than one hour during the race. To avoid confusion, we’ve listed all Dutch driving times for you. Please note: Just like last weekend in the US, it will be late.
