Vaccine rejecter Novak Djokovic (35) may not be allowed to participate in the US Open, which begins in New York at the end of August. The United States continues to ban unvaccinated aliens.

And his famous coach, Goran Ivanisevic, was less positive: “We are barely two weeks before the trip there. I have absolutely no hope that President Biden will change the rules before the tournament begins. To me, this is all nonsense. As long as you have coronavirus, you can enter America. However, if you are negative but not vaccinated, you will be disqualified.”
Then there’s American tennis player Tennys Sandgren, who put up some anti-sabotage money: “I can play, but Novak can’t? That’s ridiculous.” As a US citizen, there is no problem entering the country without proof of vaccination.
Djokovic is looking for his 22nd Grand Slam title, so he can tie with Rafael Nadal. Both gentlemen Roger Federer has won (twenty Grand Slam titles) in recent years, but the days are starting to count for the old guard.
