The Netherlands is preparing to host Ireland in a three-match ODI series. The first of the three matches will take place on June 2 at Sports Park Marshallkkerwerd in Utrecht.
The last time the Netherlands played the ODI Series was against Scotland two weeks ago and it was a two-game match. Holland won the first match with 15 kicks in a rainy match, while Scotland won the second match by six wickets to the streak.
On the other hand, Ireland played its last ODI series of matches against Afghanistan in January this year. The latter won all three games of the series.
Last month, Ireland faced Netherlands A in a series of three matches in the first list. The former won two matches, while the latter won one.
Several A-list players made it to the first team. Both teams will try to win all three matches in the series and advance to the International Cricket World Cup Scoreboard.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this series is playing in a biologically safe bubble and no spectators are allowed into the stadium.
Face to face: Holland v Ireland
The Netherlands and Ireland faced each other in 10 ODI matches, with Ireland winning seven and the Netherlands winning once. The other two matches were unsuccessful.
Ireland would start the series as the candidate, defeating Holland every time the two teams met outside Ireland.
