Radco Judas (AKA Gudy, AKA Dadko, AKA The Cheese Wheel, AKA The Mayor of the Toronto Bubble) played his last game in Washington.
On Friday, the eight-year-old veteran with the beard signed a three-year deal with the Florida Panthers shortly after the free agency was launched.

Goudas will earn $ 2.5 million a season, which is roughly his salary by $ 1 million from his previous salary of $ 3.35 million.

The Capitals landed with Goudas ahead of the start of the 2019-20 season in a PvP deal, as Matt Niskanen was sent to Philadelphia to sign the Czech defender and space for hat. Gudas started going strong and spent most of the season in their third mates, but was eventually stopped after the Capitals had captured Brenden Dillon on the trade deadline.
Goudas quickly became a beloved player after spending most of his career beating Capitals players (such as Andrei Borakowski). Judy literally fought for his new DC mates like Alex Ovechkin and Michal Kempny.

In May during the lockdown, Gudas was one of the few players to register publicly and question the NHL’s efforts to return to play during the coronavirus pandemic.
“I think we shouldn’t be playing when the whole world cancels seasons,” Goudas said. “Hockey will be the only team sport that you try to control this way. They won’t let us go to the Olympics so we don’t get injured, but they want to keep the NHL season going in these times. In the same interview, Goudas revealed that he will not be reinstated after the 2019-20 season ends.
